Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This Cancellation Policy applies to safari bookings, tour packages, transfers, and related services booked through Raheem Safaris.
2. Standard Cancellation Charges
Unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation, the following charges apply:
- More than 60 days before departure: 10% of total booking value.
- 31 to 60 days before departure: 30% of total booking value.
- 15 to 30 days before departure: 60% of total booking value.
- 0 to 14 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total booking value.
3. Date Changes and Rescheduling
Date-change requests are subject to availability and third-party supplier terms. Any rate differences, permit changes, or non-refundable costs are payable by the guest.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Park permits, some accommodations, flights, and special event or peak-season services may be non-refundable once confirmed. These items will be identified in your booking confirmation where applicable.
5. Force Majeure
If cancellation is caused by events outside reasonable control (including severe weather, government restrictions, natural disasters, or security incidents), we will work with suppliers to secure credits, date changes, or partial refunds where possible.
6. Refund Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Typical processing time is 7 to 30 business days depending on bank, card network, and payment provider timelines.
